The spare replacement earpiece for Plantronics CS70N, CS70NC and Avaya AWH75N has been discontinued and is no longer available. The new headset, CS530 replacement headset will not pair with the older CS70/CS70N base, unfortunately. It is time to purchase an entire new Plantronics CS530 set (base and headset together) if your CS70/CS70N is no longer working.
