Rest assured this headset is as good as new, just not in original Plantronics product packaging. The wireless CS55 is for use with corded telephones. Operates on 1.9GHz frequency DECT 6.0 for digitally secure conversations. All the controls are inside the headset itself, eliminating the need for a belt clip remote control. Noise canceling microphone, ideal for busy offices and call centers. Improved rechargeable battery provides up to 10 hours continuous talk time; roam up to 300 feet from your base.

This Plantronics cordless headset is convertible, allowing you to wear it over-the-ear or over-the-head (as shown). Comes with 4 ear hooks (small, medium, large and bendable) as well as a headband with padded ear cushion.
