Product Description
Plantronics direct connect HIC-10 cord (formerly HIC, HIC-1 49323-44, 49323-04 or 49323-01) for headsets connecting to the AT&T/Lucent/Avaya Models listed above. Use this HIC cord to connect any Plantronics H-series headset directly to your telephone headset port. This Avaya HIC-10 cord provides you with "on-hook" functionality so that you won't have to lift your telephone handset off the receiver for every call when using your Plantronics headset.

You will NOT need to purchase a Plantronics external amplifier/adapter if you have one of the listed phone models. This cord is all you need to connect your Plantronics H-series headset to your phone. The Avaya HIC-10 cord has a modular plug at one end and a QuickDisconnect at the other end which connects to any H-series headset.
