All Prices Shown in US Dollars:
Please note that all prices shown on our website are in US Dollars. Your credit card company will automatically handle the conversion to CAD at whatever conversion rate they happen to be using on the day your order is posted. We have no control over the conversion rate that your credit card company uses, however, a good general guide for currency rate conversion can be found at www.xe.com.

Shipping Costs to Canada:
We ship to Canada via standard Ground shipping (either Fedex or Purolator) and your cost is only $9.95 USD flat rate for the entire order, regardless of size, and this covers you for both the shipping AND the customs brokerage fee all together! You will not owe any additional brokerage fees to the carrier.

Canadian Taxes:
As a convenience to our Canadian customers we will pre-pay the 5% GST (or HST for applicable provinces) to the carrier so that you will not owe any money to the driver upon delivery. When you place your order online you will not see the pre-paid taxes during checkout. We will calculate and email you a revised receipt after the order is placed.

Express shipping to Canada:
Express shipping to Canada is very expensive and usually cost prohibitive, however, if you need a quote for Worldwide Express (overnight), please give us a call at (800)333-0020.

Returns:
Your satisfaction is guaranteed! If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may return it for a full refund for 30 days from the order date. You must call for return authorization prior to returning. We do not charge any restocking fees, however, please be aware that shipping charges are non-refundable nor do we pay for your return shipping costs. Our address for returns appears below.
