If you have one of these Avaya telephone models, the Avaya AWH-55+ provides electronic hookswitch functionality so you can answer and end calls away from your desk without the need of an HL10 handset lifter. (If you do not have one of these specified phone models, please order the CS55 with HL10 as the AWH-55 will not be the correct product for you.) Range is up to 300 ft. from the base; noise canceling microphone ideal in noisy environments; comes with both headband and ear hook for versatile wearing styles (click on small inset photo to enlarge); volume and mute control on earpiece; all phone functions (dialing a number, transfering a call, putting caller on hold, etc., must be performed back at your desk by pushing buttons on your phone as usual).
